Crediant offers a platform to help individuals earn income through credit card sales. The services include:

• Access to leads and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Training sessions and resources for skill enhancement.
• Partner application for managing sales and earnings.
• Dedicated support via Relationship Managers (RMs).

4. Commissions and Payments

• You will earn ₹1,000 per successfully issued credit card.
• Commissions will be processed and paid instantly after the successful completion of sales.
• All commissions are subject to the terms of the Business Partner Program and any applicable legal requirements.

5. Lead Pricing

• You are entitled to a one-month free trial, during which you can access leads without any cost.
• After the trial, leads will be provided at a cost of 0.25 paise per lead.
• Payments for leads must be made promptly to continue uninterrupted access to the service.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must use the services ethically and only for their intended purpose.
• You are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, including data protection regulations, when using the services.
• You agree not to:
  Misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.
  Share or transfer your account credentials to unauthorized persons.
  Violate intellectual property rights associated with the Website or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Website are the property of Crediant or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to comply with payment obligations for lead pricing or other services.

• Crediant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific earnings and are not responsible for any losses incurred.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
